How do you convince “Whole Foods Moms” to buy a new brand of children’s organic vitamins sold exclusively online? We directed, fielded, and analyzed primary qualitative research and added industry quantitative research to develop the business plan, branding, distribution, and marketing strategies along with naming, pricing, and website plans.

A major video game manufacturer was introducing an updated version of a premier, greatly loved game based on a highly successful character. We provided an assessment of today’s marketplace, consumer, and industry to identify the best path for sell-in to the trade and for the consumer launch and roll-out. The product had a successful reintroduction and garnered heavy publicity, social media following, and record sales in the consumer and gaming markets.

A somewhat controversial product was to be introduced to the U.S. market in a category with a dominant market leader. An alternative target audience was investigated through qualitative research and a positioning developed that separated the product from the competition and presented the product positively.
